What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, signup date and the consent wording in effect. We use them to manage your request, contact you about early access and honor your communication preferences. If you contact us, we also receive the information in your message. Please do not submit patient data, health information or other sensitive records through the waitlist.

Our hosting and security providers process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL and timestamps, to deliver the site, prevent abuse and troubleshoot errors.

Your choice

Joining is optional. Selecting “Join the waitlist” requests early-access emails only; it is not consent to unrelated advertising. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@valigen.ai or using an unsubscribe option in our emails. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days and retain only the limited suppression information needed to avoid contacting you again.

Service providers and location

We use hosting, security and email providers to operate the website and handle signups, including Vercel for hosting and Resend for sending signup notifications to our team. Signup information is delivered to a restricted team mailbox. These providers and our email provider may process information in Canada, the United States or other countries where they operate, where local laws may permit government access. We limit access to people and providers who need it for these purposes.

We do not sell your personal information or share waitlist addresses for third-party advertising. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights and security.

Cookies and analytics

The marketing website does not use advertising cookies or third-party audience analytics. Infrastructure providers may use technical security mechanisms to protect and deliver the site.

Retention and protection

We keep waitlist information while managing your early-access request. We review the list periodically and delete information that is no longer needed, including from our working lists and mailbox, subject to legitimate legal requirements and limited suppression records. We use access controls, encrypted connections and service-provider safeguards; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Access, correction and questions

Contact our privacy contact at info@valigen.ai to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond as required by applicable privacy law and explain any lawful limits on a request.

Updates

We will publish updates here with a revised effective date. If we propose a materially different use of your information, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain consent where required.
